This is a quick digital painting study I did from a photo of Leslie Rankine, the singer and one half (along with producer Mark Walk) of the ’90s trip hop/industrial duo Ruby. Their album Salt Peter is still one of my favorites, and was a huge inspiration for the music I released as Ginormous.
