A chipper and friendly animation team from the legendary Japanese studio Production I.G visited Nickelodeon yesterday. We met with them and showed them some sequences of Korra, and they showed us some of the series they made together, Guilty Crown. I asked them, if they were aloud to discuss it, why they were visiting Los Angeles. They replied that they were all on vacation together, since they had just finished a project. I thought we had a close-knit team on Korra, but when we take vacations they are usually far away from each other!
We had fun inquiring about each other’s productions and finding out if they had worked on any of our favorite projects. The guy in the red jacket said he worked on FLCL, so I bowed deeply.
*To be very clear, I.G is not working on the Korra production. It was just a friendly visit. As boring as it may be, I only tell the truth in this blog.
